If you wish to return a product, please reach out to us at Info@soyouapparel.com, to explain your situation. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges after 30 days of purchase.
In order to receive a refund or exchange here are the steps:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to be issued a Return Shipping label. Let us know what you are returning, why, and if you are requesting a refund, or exchange.
(Keep in mind that original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges.)
2. Upon receiving your label, your item must be shipped to us with the original packing slip. Please note that all garments need to be in original condition.
(We cannot accept returns or exchanges if the item has been worn, washed, or has been modified or damaged in any way. Our team will verify this before a store credit or exchange is issued.)
3. Once we receive your package, we will issue an exchange or store credit.
We do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.
Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.
