WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship within 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we only ship within Canada, but don’t worry, international orders are coming soon.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST?
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages, but if you believe your package has been misplaced, please email us through our contact page and we will do our best to help you. We also encourage you to keep an eye on your package once you receive your shipping confirmation, and to first reach out to Canada Post when an item is missing.
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITH?
All our shipments will ship with Canada Post and follow Canada Post shipping options and pricing.
Need your shipment sooner? Email us for further options and title your email, “Rush Order – First and Last Name”.
IS IT TOO LATE TO APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE IF I FORGOT TO DO IT AT CHECKOUT?

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept:
Master Card, Visa, American Express, gift cards, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Interact.
WHAT TAXES ARE CHARGED ON MY ORDERS?
All purchased items are subject to GST and PST (or HST), for orders destined to Canadian addresses (international orders are not available yet). If you hold a tax-exempt status, please create a customer account. Once completed, email us with exemption card verification.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

ARE ANY ITEMS FINAL SALE?
All items on our website that are marked down by 20% or more are final sale items. If you have a promo code for a discount off a regular priced item, your item is not final sale.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, we cannot cancel your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you need to make a change to your order such as a size change, colour change or an address change, please let us know within 30 minutes of the order confirmation time. We can’t guarantee that this change will be made but we will try our best.
We cannot add items onto your order - a subsequent order will need to be placed.
CAN I CARRY YOUR PRODUCT IN MY STORE?
Absolutely! We love partnering with local businesses, and you can apply to carry our products in your store by emailing us.
